Installation:

1. The rotary joint shall be protected from impact and falling during handling and storage to avoid damaging the interface and internal parts.

2. Install the machine as concentric as possible to ensure the good operation of the rotary joint.

3. During the installation of threaded rotary joint, attention shall be paid to whether the thread direction of inner and outer pipes corresponds to the rotation direction of drum, and the thread direction of inner and outer pipes shall also be the same.

4. The connection between the rotary joint and the pipeline must be connected by hose (our company recommends the use of metal hose with good interference), and rigid connection is absolutely prohibited.

5. The inlet and outlet of the rotary joint shall be directly connected with the hose as much as possible. To reduce the auxiliary weight of the joint and extend the service life.

6. For the assembly of inner pipe, pay attention to the matching of size and the auxiliary support of weight. H8 / E7 tolerance fit is recommended for the fit of inner pipe and joint of internal rotary joint.

7. The support and stop of the rotary joint shall be appropriate, and the diameter of the general rod shall be 2mm smaller than the stop hole to avoid affecting the free adjustment and compensation of the rotary joint.
